THE MOST APHAULING SERVICE EVER!

<p>Never in my life have I experienced something like this EVER!<br />I called yeterday requesting "Could you" please make me 85 HotDog rolls and 85 Hamburger Buns, was it possible for you to do it ofr me please ... Yes let me have your name and number and I will call you the lady talking to me was very polite and very helpfull. She called me back within 10 minutes gave me the price confirmed the qtys and when it would be ready, I though wow nice Im sorted. Left my work 45 miutes earlier to get there at 6 ... walked to the managers area and told them I placed an order - I was told go to the bakery and ask them, I then went to the bakery in the back of the store where the lady did not understand what I was asking after explaining myself she asked another guy who in my oinion had a bad attitude with her, these two proceeded to talk and point and wave their arms as if they were having a spat I stood there and waited and waited and waited ... I asked themm so what the problem is my order ready ... both carried on and evetually the guy just walked out to the front ... she started helping someone else and I asked AGAIN so what is going on ? she said very abruptly "he went there to the front" I said but I was there where is my order I placed yesterday ... she ignored me ... I got fedup and went to the managers area asked for the manager was told to wait they requested this Quintin character to come to the front over the speaker system ... 10 minutees go by and some lady who works there walks slowly passed I hear the words Quentin and not comming and very important hes busy... so I said so what now .. eish hes not comming .... WELL THANK YOU YOU F-ING CU..NTS!!!!! I had to leave to go buy up all the rolls I can find around the area becuase shops close at 7 you bastar ds dont have or know a thing about service!!! ESP that Quintin peice of **** wipe! I will never EVER buy from you again!! I promised my workers that have to work tomorrow hot dogs and steak on a bun I work 98km from my home on a construction site so I leave home every morning at 04:30 to get there and the closest shop from there is 40km away and its a garage next to the N12. I COULD NOT BUY IT TOMRROW FROM A GARAGE! anyway go get knotted!! esp you Quentin you dont know **** telling someone to tell a customer you are busy! Well thats why from now on IM BUSY ... SHOPPING SOMEHERE ELSE (Thank you Pick and Pay Waverly you guys had enough buns)to the lady who answered the phone - GET OUT OF THERE ... THESE GUYS WILL PULL YOU DOWN WITH THEM!</p>
