The Missing Managers at Checkers Sandton City

The Checkers at Sandton City was extremely busy today. Yet when the cashiers rang their bell for assistance from a supervisor there was not one supervisor in sight. I was standing in a line (approximately 12 people long) for one of the express tills and the cashier there, by the name of Surprise rang her bell ±8 times without anybody bothering to assist. Eventually a woman swept past with a huge smile on her face and Surprize grabbed her arm and she was able to assist within ±5 seconds. This woman's name is Lindokuhle and she moved slowly like she didn't have a care in the world. The line I was in finally started to move. Unfortunately Surprize scanned the barcode on my bottle that I had brought for a refill of water (the bottle is a brand that Checkers doesn't even sell) and so the water rang up as R10 instead of R5. Surprise rang her buzzer for the supervisor but I told her to just put the transaction through because I had already been standing in the queue for about 20 minutes and I wasn't able to wait another 20 minutes for Lindokuhle to sweep casually by. Shame on the supervisors and managers at Checkers Sandton for not being available and on the ball at lunch time in Sandton City for the customers who assist to pay their salaries. Sies!
