The manager was rude

I bought Russell Hobbs iron a month ago and I'm not happy with the product coz I've been buying that product for ages now. I return the iron. But the manager said she can't change it coz to her its working. I took a photo and she insulted me and asked security to take me out of the shop. I was treated like a ******** and I was with a 7years old child whom thought I stole from the shop and he doesn't wan to go to that shop again. I'm so traumatised coz everyone In the shop was watching leaving the shop like a ********. She even said I think that's my mother's shop. I will never go to Checkers Randfontein again. I even share this story with mogale city community Facebook page and people were so ****ed off.
