The idea is great, but the service is subpar.

I really wanted to like Checkers’ delivery service, but after a few tries, I just can’t recommend it. The idea of having groceries delivered sounded great—convenient, easy, and a time-saver. In reality, it’s been more frustrating than helpful.

They are generally very fair with their refunds when they get it wrong, so that has to count for something.
