The food quality is bad

The app is good, the delivery works well, but the food is bad. Cannot order any fresh food as they bring you their bad stuff they want to get rid of and then I have to throw it away.

The app has a function to provide feedback and you get a reference number, but Checkers does not do anything about it. If they at least did action when you show them bad food, I would give them a five.

Will not use their service again.
