The disrespectful store manager

<p>Wr went to purchase 6 pack cokes at checlers at Mall at reds. We had some rain checks we needed to use. Unfortunately there were no cokes so we took alternatives. Got to the till to pay when the 1 manager called the store manager to assist. He assisted we come back the next day because he didnt have stock in store. When was the customer never a priority? When did a mamager forget the customer is always right. Did he forget customer service. Did he have the right to tell us when we must and mustn't shop? So he very frustrated went away and rudely returned with 36 loose cans. That manager need to learn how to talk to customers he needs to learn to keep his cool and he needs to act more professional. This was the sales manager </p>
