The cashier is very Rude

Hello peter, today I went to checkers hyper in arcon park Vereeniging area, while st the que I noticed that I took the wrong item and wanted to go exchange them, I then nicely ask the cashier can I leave my items here or should I go with them, she then rudely said she doesn't know and I should do whatever pleases me, I then went back to the shelves to get the correct item then went back to the que again, I then told her that she didn't speak to me on a professional manner and was quiet rude she then answered rudely again raising her voice as she answers me , telling me that she's not there to to look after my trolley and telling people and her colleagues that I'm being impossible, she continued making bad remarks as I was walking away.

I'm not impressed with the way she spoke and treated me as a client I think checkers must invest time in training their staff about treating their clients and having respect for their clients
