terrible unspeakable service

<p>I was at checkers benoni lake today,i had a R200 note that was a bit torn on the side.i got to the till cashier flipped an asked me what she is suppose to do with this note im giving her.im a former employee of checkers benoni,so she said to me "you know very well that I cant drop this money,so what do u expect me to do".i tolf her that the money is legit and she cant cash it up if it doesnt frop hince it was the only note I had,i told her that the note I had drown the previous day from their store and she said she will not take it and I must go give it to whoever gave it to me.she called a supervisor saying they going to cancel my groceries because she wasnt gonna take the R200 note.i told her that this is not the way you speak to a customer,regardless of the fact that I had worked at checkers,but she said she will not take the note,so the superviser came to cancel my goods but as I explained to the supervisor what happened the supervisor instructed her to take the note but she still wouldnt take it.so the supervisor changed it it gave her two R100 notes,she still wasnt apologetic,i told her not to treat customers like that and she said I can report her she doesnt care.</p>
