Terrible staff

I have never, ever experienced such bad service!! I was assisted by Mapule Jamelu who treated me like dirt for having 13 items at an express till. I tried explaining that it was not intentional and that I had miscounted but she just did not even try to understand. Whilst I was busy packing my groceries in the plastics she was already assisting someone else pushing my groceries. I had my two babies with me who were also very restless as the queues were long, I became so miserable!!!! I enquired about the rewards card which she handed to me with anger and when I asked how to activate it she just stared at me. I was wrong for having 13 items but I do not believe that I deserved a ****py treatment, I will never set foot in that store again!!!!
