Terrible service!!!! Barbara Mulaudzi!

Yesterday at the bakery section, the Checkers in Balfour mall after 4pm, I went to go buy myself a treat, felt like a creamy cake until I got a terrible service from Barbara Mulaudzi whom I gently asked of the price of the cake and she said the price is displayed, told her it was incorrect pricing as it stated "doghnuts" but she seemed rubbed off by my this, I then ignored that attitude and asked of a creamy cake that seemed to have a larger piece, she said that I am not allowed to choose the cake that if I want a certain cake I must just mention the name or point at it but she will choose it for me... it was not just what she said that showed lack of training it was also the look of being annoyed that she had on her face. This checkers either has staff that are not trained on customer services properly or they hire just about anyone who is not devoted to their job and has no respect for customers. I have noticed this a number of times, I did tell Barbara Mulaudzi that I would report her ill treatment and she never seemed to care and further said I must go ahead, can we have staff that really want to work at a retail shop and the rest can go to the police force or anywhere where their attitude will be suitable please.

Today after knocking off from work I thought about buying groceries but this is the second time amongst other incidents where my colleagues complain about this checkers in particular. Besides being rude they also do not smile or at least have a friendly or welcoming face when you approach them,its like you are troubling them when you want to buy something and Barbara Mulaudzi is a typical example of it all.
