Terrible service from Sixty60

Utterly disgusted with the Sixty 60 service. Sent the driver clear instructions to my house. Tracked him to the gate. Stood outside waiting. Then get a notice order cancelled because I am not home. Called the helpline and got told they tried calling me twice. Unbelievable. What a waste of time and effort, and to get **** to.
