Terrible service from online registration renewal service!

I tried renewing my car licence through Checkers online system, received an sms that my details couldn't be verified and that they will contact me shortly. That was 2 days ago, heard nothing yet. Tried to call 2 different numbers, no answer. Send a WhatsApp to their WhatsApp number yesterday, still haven't received an answer. If they can't verify my detail they should at least tell me what I can do to sort it out or refund my money so that I can still renew my license before the end of the month! Terrible server, stay away from checkers online license renewal service! Can't even find an email address for the license renewal department to complain at!
