Terrible service from Checkers.

The personnel at Checkers Tzaneen are not helpful and lazy. I stood in line yesterday after work around half past 5, to pay for items bought and to buy pre paid electricity. only to be told that the cashiers prepaid machine is not working. There is NO sign to say that the prepaid function is out of order. So i asked the cashier, now i must go into another que, again to buy electricity. I was not going to do that. We asked to speak to a super visor/ manager. A person called Paulina somebody came to the till, and said that the pre paid machine don't work. This is just one excuse after another. After an entire argument, it was ONLY the printer roll that needed replacement. Really? are the so lazy that they cannot even replace a printer roll? this is totally unacceptable. people cannot stand in line only to be greeted by total incompetence and no will to work. They are getting paid to do a job, nothing there is free. So get up. do you job.
