Terrible service Checkers Metlife Plaza

I visited Checkers Metlife Plaza, Port Elizabeth. At 18:35 there was no staff at the cold meats dehli. After waiting for ten minutes, I was informed that the cold meats dehli was closed, although the store only closes at 19:00. By 18:45, all the fridges' lights were already switched off, nobody was available to weigh fresh produce at the fruit and vegetable scales. I was forced to purchase the remaining items at a nearby competitor store. I am extremely disappointed in Checkers Metlife Plaza
