Terrible Service by Checkers Tambotie Mall Randfontein

This evening, 01 August, I ordered a helping of the feta & bacon salad, pity there was no feta & no bacon. And I waited until while the deli section was mopped, then waited for the floor to dry then the lady did not know what to ring this salad for. I bought roller towel. At the checkout the roller towel which was un special with my Checkers Card was charged at a price more than double. I asked the manager what the problem was.....to which he rep**** "the system is slow". Difficult for me with a strong IT background to accept. About 5 mins of waiting it was fixed. On the way out for the 3rd day in a row, there was no hand sanitiser. The manager said after seeing my dissatisfaction for 3 consecutive days he will get some from his office. He then returned saying he had made a mistake....and what he thought was hand sanitiser was not. How do security, store staff and store management watch ongoing customers keep pumping the hand sanitiser and rather than doing something keep watching this for days on end, thousands of times. Ridiculous!
