Terrible service

On the 25th February 2024 I bought Sunfirts Juice from Checkers Columbine Square, I usually shop at Checkers The Glen but due to time i went to Colimbine square . My Daughter loves the sunfirst juice especially the Apple flavor, i buy about 48 a month. on the 27th she opened one juice but carton was damaged and she didnt want to drink it, Thank God she never drank it I wanted to through the juice out of the carton into a cup for her, to my suprise there was this thing floating in the juice like hair or a worm , I called the store today the 28th spoke to Tiny all she siad is " When are u coming back to the store or u can take it back to any Checkers store" no apology, no sympathy no, we will compensate you nothing. no Shock in her voice , no nothing nothing. If my daughter were to drink that juice and something had to happen to her would that have been the attitude checkers would have given me?
