Terrible service at the Langenhovenpark Checkers

Honestly don't know why I'm writing this because based on the other reviews they clearly don't care. I sent them an email on the 14th of May about spoiled Éclairs from the bakery and they still haven't answered. The service in store is also quite appalling because the people who work there are just plain rude. They run you out of the way while you shop and work as slowly as possible at the tills. The bakery is especially a problem because you have to stand there for what feels like forever before getting someone's attention.

We have bought cupcakes from them last Dec that were also spoiled so it's nothing new.
