Terrible Service and rude mananger

<p>I bought groceries and clothes for the children and the tights came back torn the very same day and I took the tights with the unworn pair. At customer service this arrogant so called customer service clerks tells me I bought I small size for my daughter how stupid is that? I asked her if she's implying that I don't know my daughter's size and she rudely tells me they don't accept things in that condition and instead of telling me to bring it washed she boldly tells me she's doing me a favour by helping and threatens me by saying she'll call her manager and I said call him. </p> <p> </p> <p>She comes back with a rude and arrogant gut who spoke to me as if I'm his child. He rudely tells me they will exchange the garment once it's washed.</p> <p> </p> <p>What happened to customer service in Cherkers?</p> <p> </p> <p>PATHETIC SERVICE I REGRET EVEN SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY ON THAT STUPID STORE WITH RUDE STAFF</p>
