TERRIBLE SERVICE and COVID negligence.

I've been shopping from Checkers via Sixty60 and numerous times have had a series of issues. Checkers still owes me R119 and after multiple mails (each with a new ref number) I have still never been contacted or reimbursed or item delivered. This is ongoing. They simply do not respond. Secondly- almost without fail - delivery men do not wear masks. Zero Covid protocols followed. I feel unsafe at my own house. Drivers are often unfriendly, do not greet or speak whatsoever and leave one waiting on your driveway whilst the update already says 'ARRIVED'.
