Terrible service

This morning I came to Checkers to purchase a phone.It was around 9:30am when I arrived,there was no one at the cell phone till and I had to wait for about 30 minutes before she came to help.She came walking very slow and a lady from verimark told her that I have been waiting for long for her to come.Thr lady who is fair in complexion and slender walked so slow and displayed her willingness not to assist neither did she care how long I have been waiting for her.She then asked me what I'm looking for and I told her and after that she told me to wait another 15 minutes to get the phone from the safe.I told her I am on duty and needed to go to work and still she seemed to be less worried and said I'll have to wait and walked away.I feel that this kind of behaviour and service is so terrible as one has to wait not knowing for how long and then no apology from her for making wait for such a long time and giving me an attitude after that.
