Terrible service

If i could give you 0 stars i would! The service was beyond horrible, i wnt to do my monthly shopping on 26 November and mind you most of the itens advertised was out of stock. I went back on black friday and the items were still out of stock, aleady upset about this i continued to purchase the reat of my groceries when i approached the till point one customer was in front of me being served. The cashier was waiting on a supervisor by the name of christoleen for a R2500 for the customer infront me i assume. I literally stood in the que for 30 minutes with no communication from the cashier. When i finally asked what the problem was i was very rudely told that shes waiting on someone and i need to be patient, i mean really i think 30minutes is me being patient enough! I feel that Checkers really needs to up their game when it comes to customer service as this is not the first time that i have experienced their unprofessional service in this specific branch. I left all my shopping and spent my at Pick and Pay where i received much better service at a slightly higher price but i would rather spend my money where i feel valued as a customer.
