terrible service

I have not been so appalled in a while due to such appalling service.<br> I suppose this is the result of people that are stuck in jobs they don't like and don't understand what their jobs entail and aren't trained.<br> I was there last Saturday to purchase tickets for blacks only.<br> I asked saneliso for the que for computicket he told me doesn't know, i was amazed because he works there and he was very rude and arrogant and told me he doesnt care if i report him.<br> i eventually found the que on my own. The was no que but i was first assisted 15min later because i had to wait for saneliso n mamaneya to finish their chit chat.eventually when she helped she didnt bother to greet wasnt friendly and was arrogant and made me feel like i am a nuisance and disturbing and didnt need to be served.these too better be addressed formally and i demand an apology personally from them for their rudeness. I am a customer and bring value and revenue.
