Terrible service

Good day, what a terrible experience i 've been having at the Checkers Liquors Zevenwacht, i have been going there & phoning in connection with a promotion they have on an item i am interested in, every time the same excuse "sorry we are out of stock" i was there the same day the promotion started and was told "sorry we are out of stock" i asked when will the new stock arrive? No 1 can help me, is this just a cheap sales promotion tactic to luar consumers? if so, this is so unacceptable.
