Terrible service

I'm absolutely Disgusted with the service I'm currently facing with Checkers, my payment was done at 08:30 this morning and I still have not received my order. I called the help line and all the agent could tell me is I can't tell you when to expect your delivery. I then asked to speak to a manager and some guy comes on the line says hello and cuts the line as if he can't hear me, while the agent I first spoke to had no issues hearing me.

Why do you call it 60 seconds or why do you create an expectation of delivery within 60 minutes.

I'd like to be called for a formal complaint to be heard.
