Terrible service

i had been to checkers store at Springs mall to do my grocery shopping. every single item which was on the specials was not on their shelves. there was no staff to assist either. when i went to the front of the store to speak to a manager, i was told that the manager had knocked off already this was at 17:35. the grocery controller said too me that there hasn't been any stock of anything in the store as the specials started the Thursday and 3 days later everything was sold. i had got assistance from anyone in the store and people with terrible attitude. i went to selcourt checkers and surprisingly they had everything in stock(i purchased over R400 worth of items).
