Terrible service

I tried to pick up a Aramax bax today and it would have been quicker to take the packet to the client. The Teller that operates the Aramax also does the other business including flights etc and as we know it takes time to make a booking, The teller next door is sitting doing nothing and when I approached her she said she couldn't help me and then ignored me. I had to get hold of a manageress who looked like I wanted to borrow money from her first consulted another manageress who looked even more pained. Eventually without any communication to me they closed a shopping till and moved it to a business till and pointed to me I must stand there which I did. Then I was pointed back to the que where the flights were being booked and confronted by another pained teller who gave me two bag and could not explain to me why I had to buy two bags which I bought out of desperation. The one is the actual bag and the other is the waybill which cost R20????? Everything on the business side of Checkers and where you get your Soda Stream bottle is a pain in the ****. New management and training definitely required.
