Terrible service

I would like to rate the poor service from Checkers Newcastle Mall especially the manager Sheroma Ramdhani. I wanted to purchase the stork to bake, I wanted 20 blocks of butter. It did not state that i could only purchase a limited number of butter. I asked her to give me tje butter and she refused saying that they are not a wholesaler and i could only purchase 2 of the specials because the deals are limited. But nowhere it stated it is limited.
