terrible service

<p>I am extremely dissapointed and furious because of the service i recieved at Checkers n1 city when i returned a Gazebo which stiching came loose on the fabric, Samatha assisted me at the customers service section, was unfriendly and not very helpful, she asked me whether I had da slip and I gave it to her, she took it and then walked away, a guy came to assist me and checked out the item and told me I can do my shopping in the meantime, which I did when i returned he asked me if I wanted the exact same one I told him yes and he went to fetch one, i approached her and asked her if there was anything i needed to fill in she asked upruptly if I tuk the exact same item, I said yes and she said I could leave I then asked her for my slip she rudely insisted I did not give it to her and started arguing with me, I asked her what if the same thing happens again she told me with an attitude it wont happen again, I paid 799 for the gazebo its alot of money to just throw away like that if it should happen again they wont assist me, she walked away and said well if it happens again i must just ask for her, I was dissapointed and angry I do my shopping everyweek at checkers n1 city, I never had a problem before but she needs to go for customer service training she treats all customers like ****!!! thats not on </p>
