Terrible Service

<p>On Friday 13 January my boyfriend and I went to buy groceries after work. After standing in the line for what seemed like a lifetime we finally got to the cashier. Already frustrated by the long wait we wanted the checking out to be done as quickly as possible which also seemed like this was an impossible request for the staff working this evening. As our cashier (staffA) was busy ringing our groceries up as another staff member (staffB) came along asking for the plastic bag roll. StaffA refused to hand over the roll saying this is the only roll that is left and staffB refused to take no for an answer. This quickly turned into a back an forth banter with staffA holding the plastic bag roll away from staffB and calling her names saying she is not affraid of her and staffB running this way and that way to get hold of the roll also chirping staffA back with rude comments. While staffB was busy trying to get hold of the roll she bumped into me several times not saying sorry and not noticing that clients are witnessing this absolute childish behavior. What was suppose to take not even 5 minutes turned into a 20 minute back and forth and the riging up of my groceries came to a complete stop. I was highly irritated as I am not one to normally complain, but this was absolutely unprofessional with staff making their personal fights public to clients. I would appreciate it if the management of this branch can please step in.</p>
