Terrible Service, 180mins not 60!

One star is way too generous. I placed my order at 12:45, it is 16:04 and im still waiting. I reveuved a call over a hour ago saying the driver is on his way, i live 10mins from the school and im still waiting amd it. I called the Contact Centre waited 5mins for somwone to answer and the woman hung up, called back and the same happened. Im sitting with hungry kids who is waiting for their mum to complete their lunch. Had Lebo who called advised my that my goods will take another 2hrs then i would have advised her to cancel and made other plans instead. Putrid service. Will be moving to Bottles and WW click n collect instead.
