Terrible service!

I am appalled at this nonsense called a delivery service. I made an order, the money is deducted from my account including the 15% higher amount! Then I see my order is cancelled because of bank account issues. How on earth is that even possible after money being reserved for payment. Stop this service if you cannot render it properly. First impressions last, my first time utilizing this app and I’ll never use it Again and I’ll be sure to warn my friends and family about this. When I call the helpline, I get told to call my bank to refund the money?! How the heck, now I should spend more money after spending money to even call this helpline now I should spend more?!!!! Come on. Respect us. It’s already hard going into your retail stores with the bad attitudes from cashiers now this?! Poor app! Stop wasting our time! Nx
