Terrible return experience!!!!!!!!!

It's been a month trying to get help with a Russell Hobbs Microwave I bought in September 2019 Checkers Hyper in Noordhoek Cape Town. The Microwave is not functioning which caused a lot of strained in the household. I first went to Bayside Mall they couldn't help me they said I must go to Canal Walk its a bigger shop. I went there today after work, and they also couldn't help me because I don't have a box after paying over a thousand rand the lady was even rude. She said I must go to N1 City.

Not even over 6 months after purchasing your product and this happens, I will never ever in my life buy at this store again. I have to make travel arrangements traveling kilometers which costs money after money just for a replacement of something from your shop wow.

Its sad that I thought my receipt was sufficient enough, this is horrifying! You robbing customers, and even the lady told me that it's my loss because I don't have a box. mxm
