Terrible experience with the checker in the Ridge shallcross

Very disappointed and upset with the checkers hyper in the Ridge Shallcross.

Its been over a month since my dad deposited money via the money market to me and the money was withdrawn in Shoprite checkers chatsworth Centre before he could even send me the deposit slip.

1-the money was withdrawn by an unknown person to us within 20 mins of the deposit.

2-the money was withdrawn without the pin that is normally required.

The manager of the store checkers hyper im the ridge ask my dad to open a case at the chatsworth police station... Still we have not received any feedback... Which i dont understand... Checkers has this ladys name and ID which supposed to be scanned... My parents are pensioners.... How can checkers hyper the ridge not treat this as urgent
