TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT CHECKERS ST HELENA , WELKOM , FREESTATE

I had very bad experience at Checkers in Freestate . My bag was ****** from the parcel counter but to my surprise the Checkers store denied the responsibility and said it was the security company who put my bag at an un-manned counter . I was also told that the sole called parcel counter was not an official parcel counter but what surprised me is that why they would take our bags and put them in a place that is not recognized. I requested to see the surveillance but i was told again that the specific camera for that area doesn't work. I have lost all my valuable things in the bag . Up to now Checkers has not done anything to help me. I wonder if one ***** from Checkers the goods will belong to Checkers or Security Company because its unfair for a big organisation like Checkers to accept the responsibility only when its favorable for them.
