Terrible disguising service at checkers Parkview

I left my wallet at my wife car accidentally and my car run out of petrol in the middle of nowhere then my wife ask her sister to go checkers as she has reached her limit and deposit money my goodness what a terrible mistake the service I received was horrible and the lady Lydia Montsha was the worse customer service a person in trouble coupdate ever heard. I had my I'd and I know the amount however my wife sister as she uses drivers license she requested someone to do it so now they want to know the person and I can't say however I am willing to give them all other info,the amount the place it was deposited and I have a pin and a paper with the M number. The floor manager was the worst she just told me she doesn't want to get involved, goodness what a shameful leader with no gurts or able to take ownership of anything. CHECKERS should really look at the people the hire they are a disgrace with no heart or human ability to help anyone than themselves and their friends.
