Terrible customer service!

I ordered from Checkers about 3 weeks ago. My sons formula can was damaged so I sent this to *** "when I received my delivery I checked my items before the driver left. The can of formula (which is not cheap, it cost me R474) was damaged on the one side. Due to this I returned it to the driver and he advised me to request the credit as he was unable to exchange it for me at the store. I did so and my account was blocked. As requested I have attached a picture of the damaged container of formula. If it were any other food item I would not mind, but because it is for my baby, I do not feel safe giving him formula from a damaged can. "

Still no response from them with regards to this. I cannot believe they have such terrible customer service. As a parent its completely ridiculous that I was expected to give my child formula from a damaged can. I was left with no formula, no refund or exchange and no assistance at all!!!!
