Terrible customer service

My Husband I went to checkers Mayville to request a exchange for skimed long life milk that was taken when we actually wanted long life milk. Upon arrival at the exchange counter the lady working behind the counter is so rude and told us to go talk to manager. When we finally got hold of manager she also did not really want to assist.
