Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, I bought a milk tart from this store at Canal Walk on Saturday got home and noticed it had patches of mold on it. I called the store to rectify matters, I was told a manager will call me back. It's been two days & no one has called me back. Totally unacceptable. I have been trying to get back in contact with them but there is no one available to assist me. My son had a piece of the moldy tart before I noticed the mold, he has been ill since Saturday.
