Terrible customer service

Good day

I compile this mail to you with a great deal of frustration.

On numerous occasions I’ve encountered terrible customer service from Checkers at Galleria Mall Amanzimtoti, it saddens me to see the staff there treat customers with such disrespect and in such an uncourteous manner.

I will not go into detail on the incidences that have transpired, but the message I would like to convey to you is kindly send your staff from this specific branch on customer service training, leadership s****s and how to be team players.

Customers are the most important aspect in every business and one should not lose sight of that.
