Terrible Customer Service
When paying for my groceries at Checkers Hyper in Value Centre Mall, Boksburg today, I was yet again met with such appalling customer service. The cashier (whose name I have forgotten and is not on the till slip) completely ignored my existence throughout the entire transaction while she was chatting to every person except me - the customer. There was a problem with her card machine and without saying a word to me she whipped my card out of the machine and processed another transaction on her supervisor's machine. The supervisor then shoved the card machine in my hand and simple said :\pin". I entered my pin and then the cashier gave me a slip and again"
