terrible customer service

I was helped by a lady called Nokthula at till no. 7 at 13:42 p.m. and the lady was so rude. She didnt greet me nor did she look at me. She was busy swearing at someone else on another till. She didnt even bother to check the items i was paying for and she missed one so i got it for free. I was really disappointed
