Terrible condition of ice cream

good day, yesterday i went and bought a container of ice cream, it was on special for R39.99; upon returning home my wife and i openend up the ice cream container just to find that there was ice all over the ice cream. this is absolutely unacceptable and is going to give checkers such a bad name. i've been buying from checkers willowbridge for quite a while, and i'm utterly disgusted. i have attached all photos and slips from yesterday. please contact me urgently so that we can sort this out asap.
