Terrible Client Service

As i normally do my shopping at Checkers Phalaborwa, on 20July 2016 i went to the store and purchased amongst other items a Tommy Tippie feeding bottle, when i got home i realised that the handle of the bottle was faulty. on 21 July, the following day i went back to Checkers to return and exchange the faulty bottle. i went inside the store and the security officer showed me a man by the name Mailula(written on the name tag) that was standing next ti the kiosk. i greeted him and expalined my story, the man pulled me to the side away from a woman he was standing with(i still dont know why) he then tried to convince me that the handle was not faulty and said he bought the very same bottle last week. i then insisted that the handle was faulty and that i want to exchange the bottle he started screaming at me causing a scene because everyone was watching the drama that was happening there. he told me that he will not help me and that i should contact their head office, he then walked away from me saying that we blacks are a nuisance. i followed him and spoke to the woman who was standing next to him. she kindly assisted me in exchanging the bottle. i then tried to approach this Mailula character again just to make peace but even before i could reach him he started shouting again, flying his hands in the air and even pointing me with his finger. i could not even hear what he was saying but everyone, the cashiers and customers were staring prolly shocked at what was happening. I didnt know that Checkers Phalaborwa is a store for only whites, maybe his manager told him not to assist us blacks. i am saying this because this Mailula called me a black nuisance.
