Terrible attitude

As a customer at Checkers PTY LTD Glenvista the service that I receive everytime I shop at this store is terrible. Specially from the cigarette counter today the 22/ 03/ 2026 was one of the times that one of the cashiers named Veronica had a terrible attitude towards me as I ask for a pack cigarettes which was not at the cigarette counter I then asked if there was any stock at the back which she had a attitude about to check for she then returned with a carton of the cigarettes which I asked her to open and give me a pack with certain branding on she then replies to me and says that she doesn't see the difference between the two different branding as a customer I have the right to ask for what I want and be given what I pay for and not to be asked irrelevant questions by the staff at the store I would not recommend anyone to shop at this store as the cashiers are unfriendly and rude and have ****py comments to make about the customer ..... This Store dose not have a email address on thier till slip however I have added thier contact number ( 011 ) ***
