Terrible

I’m do confused as to why when you are at the till ready to pay and ask for a rewards card you area then told to go to the other counter which I might add have a que sac long as the shop Floor size when is people and management going to learn to come up with better solutions especially with covid around .to top it off most of the stuff was then left there why!!’
