*********** Teller and Supervisor Checkers Heldber centre

My family and I visited the checkers hyper at helderberg centre to get our Christmas braai items. 1 of it was the Jive that was son special at 5 for R65. 3x iron brew and 2 x another flavor. We went to the express till. The teller Motlalepule Ulenda Santho was asleep and my son had to knock onto the counter for her to wake up. Looking annoyed she started to scan the items. Then she says the counter is full and that we should remove the Cooldrink that she had already scanned. So my son took 2 and put it back onto the opposite side while he went to get a big trolley since we had a small one. My daughter paid for her stuff and the. It was my turn. I told the lady that my son is getting a trolley for the drinks. She then starts scanning the Jive again. I told her you have already scanned for it and it was paid for why are you scanning it again. She insisted that we didn't not pay for it. Then she calls her supervisor they both look at the till and say that only 3 was scanned for. When I asked for the slip she didn't want to give it to. She went back to the till to check the system.. I had to reach for the slip to read it my self. The skipped showed 3xiron brew and 2x other flavours. But they both only read the 3. So I showed it to her and read the slip to both of them cos clearly they both could not read a till slip but one is a teller dealing with money and the other is a supervisor who also couldn't read a simple till slip. The supervisor apologized while the teller continues to scan my items. I had to ask her to apologize It was really embarrassing as there were frustrated customers waiting in the line. How can Checkers employ illiterate people.

I was having a lovely day with my family until my daughter had to experience this embarrassing moment with your teller and supervisor.
