Technically - they stole my money! And when I try to reclaim, they hang up in my ear!

Langverwacht Checkers' staff does not greet, proceeds to forget to pack portion of my groceries in my bag, and then hangs up when I try to ask them how I must get the missing groceries.

What kind of pathetic service is this???? I spend over R800 and this is the service I get??
