I have been to your Orkney branch a few times and today again I experienced the total lack of friendliness which I have become accustomed to. <br> <br> Are all your staff members upset to be employed by yourselves? Do you not pay your staff enough? Whatever the reason, I feel it is a poor reflection on the Checkers group. Everywhere I go and have to do with people, I will always interact with a smile and offer a \please"and \""thank you\"". <br> <br> But this seems to be too much of an effort for your staff. Please try educate your staff a little bit when it comes to manners. You will suffer the consequences as you have lost one client already."""
