Teach your cashiers how to smile

I am not pleased with the service that has been rendered at checkers meadowdale such a highly reliable company to have such unwilling cashiers, it has been on numerous occasions whereby the express till cashiers are never willing to assist everytime when we either we want to buy electricty or pay water and lights they always tell us they have been offline for 3weeks or so but should I go to the MONEY MARKET the cashiers there always give us A GRADE there is never offline stories I need to know why is there certain parts where we not assisted then it' should be known that only the money market assists and worse part the next cashier will talk on the person assisting me I AM NOT HAPPY AND THE SEVICE from the cashiers there it's pure **** they rather bring the money market cashiers to come and serve customers with a smile and to wear name badges.
