Taking OUR money and ROBBING us of products!

I submitted an issue because I had a product missing and I was told it would be "reviewed" and my account refunded. This was on Feb 16th. I was told it would take 3 hours and I'm STILL WAITING! Contact agents give you default responses. I see many others are making the same complaints and CHECKERS is now making money from customers by taking OUR money and ROBBING us of products!
